We will explore muscular attachments, fascial organization, trigger point locations and movement implications of the Quads, Hams & Adductors via detailed slideshows and drawing muscles on students to get a three dimensional sense of exactly where the muscles live and what they do. Then, we will explore myofascial release techniques utilizing active client movement while we work to achieve a more complete release to improve mobility and stability and restore an ease of movement.
